PACKAGING:

Usually, we use transparent OPP bag to pack the case. Other than that we can also deliver OEM packaging solutions. For any OEM packaging, please contact our sales team for further information and pricing information. 

 

DELIVERY TIME:

We will proceed all orders within 2 working days after receiving the payment. Depending on your order volume the delivery times can vary between 10-30 days. 

 

ARRIVAL TIME:

General 14 working days via Express (our shipping agent)

WARRANTY

We grant a general global warranty of 12 month for all our products. If there are any quality issues with our products please immediatly contact our customer support and our support team will arrange a replacement of your delivery.
